Train the trainer qualificiation handbook and guiedelines necessary to introduce the concept of Golden Goal in Germany, Poland and Portugal. The materials have been adapted to the specific learning cultures of the countries mentioned above and to the requirements of vocational training providers for low-level educated and disadvantaged young adults.

The basic result of the project is the implementation of Golden Goal experiences in Germany, Poland and Portugal.
The project supports tutors working with hard-to-reach young adults. It will give the tutors new methodological knowledge, which will result in better preparation of young people for job life.
